Omg, I thought the rain was bad on Tuesday night when I drove up to Breckenridge to meet up with Lisa and her family to get some updated portraits. But today was by far the craziest rainfall that I’ve seen in CO maybe ever! I’ve never been in a hurricane, but I imagine it would look a lot like it did this afternoon.
Anyway, even though we knew we might be a little rained out, we decided to try and make it work anyway. We ended up finding a cute storefront with a covered porch area to use and my sweetheart held my umbrella up over me and my camera. He got totally soaked in the process, but we managed to get some pretty cute shots despite the downpour. The last time we all got together for pictures was at Chautauqua back in 2009 and both Lisa and her sister Laurie have added a little one to the family so we needed to get some updated pics:)
Thank you guys sooo much for braving the nasty weather to get these shots. I hope you love them:)
