Family of 3 on Squaw Pass Road in Evergreen CO
I’m super excited that I get to share this family on the journal tonight because it means I got to meet their sweet baby boy! You may recognize Chris and Caitlin from their gorgeous maternity photos I did for them last November. Well, these two are parents now and I got to meet their sweet baby boy when we photographed their family photos up in the stunning fall color on Squaw Pass Road. The photos I’m sharing today are actually from round two of our attempt to create some sweet family pictures for them. The first evening we attempted to meet up, we were met with an incredibly beautiful, atmospheric evening with so much mist we could barely see the scenery. We did attempt to capture some photos that evening and while they weren’t horrible, I asked if they wanted to meet me up there one more time to fill in on a warmer evening to see if we could get their son to smile a little more. This time they brought their awesome nanny with them and I highly recommend doing that. She had him smiling and giggling in no time. I gotta give credit where credit is due and say we probably wouldn’t have gotten quite so many great smiling photos with him if it weren’t for her help. Below are just some of my favorites from that lovely fall evening.
