Snowy Family Photos on Squaw Pass Road

Winter Wonderland Family Pictures in Evergreen Colorado

I’m excited to share today’s session on the journal because it’s for such a cute family with two younger sons who tried really hard to last outside on a snowy, cold winter day to get their family photos created. I know they were hoping for a slightly warmer day, but you never know what you’re going to get this time of year and it’s been pretty chilly this season so far. I think despite the cold temperature we were able to make it work! This family of four met me up in Evergreen on Squaw Pass Road at my favorite mountain meadow location. When they arrived, we were getting pretty close to sunset. We worked as quickly as we could for these, both because the sun was on its way out and because it was chilly outside during this session. But seriously, they were such troopers and were even game for a silly snowball fight toward the end. Here are just a small handful of some of my favorites from that evening!
