Anniversary Couples Photos at Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park

Colorado Anniversary Couples Photos at Belmar Park

If you’ve been following the journal at all this year, you probably recognize this couple from their 20th anniversary vow renewal that I photographed for them back in the spring. Unfortunately, on their big anniversary day, it rained heavily. It rained so much that we weren’t able to go out and do sunset photos for them. So we decided to meet up again and fill in with a few more sunset photos for them and this time we were able to include their sweet doggies too. We both live on the west side and since we were doing these before fall color time was in full swing we decided to keep it more simple and take advantage of a park in our own backyard instead of traveling into the mountains for these. We met up at the Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park which has a nice peaceful lake tucked away behind a bustling shopping center area. I love that they got such a beautiful sunset on this night since they weren’t able to take advantage earlier in the year. Below are a small handful of some of my favorites we got for them that evening.
