Arrowhead Golf Course is one of Colorado’s most breathtakingly beautiful wedding locations in the entire state. It’s located on the southwest side of Denver in Littleton, Colorado. Arrowhead Golf Club opened in 1972 and is one of the most photographed golf courses in the world. It’s by far the best golf course in the Denver area and that’s mainly due to its gorgeous red rock formations found all throughout the course. The outdoor wedding ceremony site features a spectacular natural marvel that your guests will love looking at as you say your vows.
Arrowhead weddings have two different options for your wedding reception. The first is the large white tent pavilion located just west of the outdoor ceremony site. It’s an open air tent with incredible views of the red rock formations and can fit up to 230 guests. The outdoor wedding tent pavilion is available May-October. Arrowhead Golf Club also has an indoor banquet room with huge picture windows showcasing the unique scenery of the course. It’s a great option for those who would prefer to have heat during the colder months or air conditioning for a hot summer wedding. I love that the Roxborough Banquet Room also has adjoining wraparound patios so that guests can take a break outside and take in the views during a wedding reception. This elegant indoor room can seat up to 150 guests and you can fit another 30 on the outdoor patio. By far the best thing about Arrowhead Golf Course weddings is the beauty of its nature and scenery. It’s not just gorgeous, but the huge protruding red rock formations that jut out of the landscape make for incredibly unique and one of a kind wedding photography backdrops that are only found in a limited number of places along the Front Range in Colorado. I love that Arrowhead carves out time in your wedding schedule so that we can ride on golf carts through the course finding all of the most beautiful spaces to use for your wedding photos. It’s one of my most favorite wedding venues in Colorado for photography backdrops!
