Becky & Austin were in town from Texas for the weekend to get a little wedding planning done and to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. They are getting married at the T Lazy 7 Ranch next summer (http://www.tlazy7.com/) This weekend was also a great time to get their engagement photos done so I drove on up to Aspen to meet with them. I have to say, compared to the drive down the mountain on Labor Day it was a total breeze this time and my ipod shuffle was even cooperating by throwing an impromptu classic alternative 90’s party just for me;) When I arrived I took a quick look over by the Art Museum and the John Denver Memorial but since the trail over there was closed for the summer I met up with Becky & Austin by the East Aspen Trail near Crystal Lake. Poor things, I made them walk all over the place including a somewhat rickety-looking homemade “bridge” (don’t worry, it was low to the ground!) but I think they’ll think it was worth it when they see their photos!
Becky & Austin,
I am so glad we were able to meet on Monday! Thanks for being so adventurous and willing to climb a few things to get some good pictures:) Hopefully you enjoyed your time away from that crazy Texas heat and your trip home was safe. Can’t wait to see you guys again next summer at the Ranch!
Talk to you soon!
