The Bella Vista estate is one of a kind. When you host your wedding at Bella Vista, you’ll enjoy looking out at the scenery of the Flat Top mountains in the distance while taking advantage of the outstanding amenities. This unique Colorado mountain property is located high up on a hill on US-40 as you drive into Steamboat Springs. Bella Vista Steamboat wedding venue provides gorgeous views of the Yampa Valley including Lake Catamount and the surrounding ranch land. I think the outdoor pool is my favorite feature and I can imagine lounging around pool-side during my wedding weekend surrounded by my closest friends and family.
Bella Vista Steamboat has thought of everything you need for a truly epic stay including a relaxing hot tub with gorgeous views, plenty of space to spread out, 4 full kitchens (you can bring your own alcohol at this wedding venue too!), a full sized tennis court, a manicured lawn ready for fun lawn games, a 14 passenger shuttle (it’s only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Steamboat Springs), a firepit, a large 40x60 foot white tent that can hold up to 200 people during the regular wedding season and more!
When you reserve your wedding at Bella Vista, it is truly a destination wedding where you, your partner, and up to 26 of your closest people will get a chance to unwind and spend quality time together while celebrating. Bella Vista has an on season and an off season with different prices as well as Steamboat Springs elopement packages. They consider the peak season to be June-September as well as holidays. During the peak season, the wedding costs at Bella Vista are $18,000 for 4 nights for up to 28 guests, plus a special add on price of $11,000 for 29-100 guests, $13,000 for 101-150 guests, and $15,000 for 151-200 guests. The off season is from October-May not including holidays. Off season wedding costs for Bella Vista are $10,500 for 4 nights for up to 28 guests, plus a special event fee of $5,000 for up to 50 guests. They cap off-season weddings at Bella Vista at 50 guests. Bella Vista elopement packages are $10,000 for 3 nights stay at their luxury resort for up to 28 guests.
