I photographed a wedding back in 2008 and the bride had chosen to serve little mini bundt cakes to all of her guests. There were an assortment of flavors and they were just the most delicous and moist little pieces of perfection. I found out that they were created by The Bundt Shoppe in Castle Pines and when my own wedding finally rolled around in 2012, I remembered those little bitty bundt cakes above all of the other cakes that I have eaten in my years of being a wedding photographer. I had to have them for my reception. They have a bunch of fun flavors like Strawberry Lemonade and Key Lime (my favorite) as well as some traditional flavors like Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet. I recently found out that they have opened up a new location in Greenwood Village and I can't wait to indulge just a little more often now that they are closer to Denver! The new address is:
