The Clocktower in the Daniels and Fisher Tower on 16th Street Mall has got to be one of Denver’s most unique wedding venues. It’s a historic building here in Denver and at 393 feet was once upon a time the tallest structure west of the Mississippi. The building was originally a department store until it fell into ruin in the 1950’s. Luckily, preservationists in the 1970’s saved it from being demolished and it still stands today as a pretty jewel of Denver. Due to its unique space, the Clocktower is probably better suited for smaller weddings as it’s comprised of 5 different floors with stairs connecting all of them. Two of the floors have wraparound balconies with incredible views of Denver and the mountains from all sides. Most couples opt to wed in front of the clockface which provides an ultra modern and cool backdrop. The entire place is decorated in a very chic black and white décor. One big plus for renting the clocktower is that their packages include a lot of time so you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. I would highly recommend this place for someone trying to host an intimate wedding at a unique place.
