Since the 1920's Club Tico has been a gathering place for the residents of Fort Collins, Colorado and it makes a very affordable reception location for weddings. This inexpensive wedding venue is located right on the lake in City Park near downtown Ft. Collins. The space at Club Tico has almost an art deco feel with a neat layered recessed ceiling and globe style hanging lights as well as cute arched doorways throughout the edges of the space. These rounded arches and simple round chandeliers help make this a space that would be perfect for someone looking for a vintage vibe or just a unique location for their wedding reception. The exterior of Club Tico also has a unique curved wall on it’s exterior adding some flair to what could have been a boring government building. The space has been renovated with climate controls put in place and the wood floors have been refurbished as well. There is a stage area (perfect for those of you who want to hire a band to play your wedding!) and a very affordable sound system available to use as well. Club Tico is huge with room for up to 299 guests inside.
As mentioned above, Club Tico is an extremely affordable wedding venue in Fort Collins. It costs only $65 per hour with a $50 open and closing fee. You’ll also pay $15 per hour to use the soundsystem which is well worth it to host a rockin’ party there. The city also charges a $200 damage deposit in addition to the above fees.
