The Heritage Cabin barn wedding venue at Catamount Ranch Club is one of my favorite Steamboat Springs wedding venues. It has so many great features including a large pretty lake off in the distance as well as being flanked on one side by a huge mature aspen tree forest. It's the epitome of the perfect Colorado Barn Wedding venue with its charming beautiful brown barn overflowing with Colorado history and rustic charm. There is a nice cabin to spend time getting ready in and if you add a tent you'll be ready to go for your Colorado mountain wedding reception. The wedding I photographed at this gorgeous Steamboat mountain ranch had a clear ceiling and sides which was well worth the upgrade so that guests could enjoy all of the surrounding beauty that Steamboat Springs is well known for. Logistically, it's a fairly convenient wedding venue option for those who want their guests to feel like they're out in the middle of nowhere while being only a short shuttle ride into Steamboat Springs proper.
There are a lot of fantastic amenities at the Lake Catamount Ranch & Club including a championship golf course. This is truly a one of a kind destination wedding location in the popular ski town of Steamboat Springs. You have the option to keep it simple and rustic or go a more luxurious ranch wedding route by bringing in your own stylish touches. There are not that many lake wedding venues in Colorado and this happens to be one of them. It is well worth a visit if you're planning a Colorado mountain wedding.
