The Lincoln Center in Fort Collins is a multi venue event space and is one of the best options for planning a wedding or event in the Northern Colorado area. I say this because it has so much space to work with that you will really be able to perfectly customize an event for your needs quite well. For those looking for a place that can handle large numbers of guests, the Lincoln Center has you covered. They can host up to 500 people which is much larger than most wedding venues in Colorado can accommodate. They have everything from small intimate spaces, medium sized and large ballrooms, theaters, and even outdoor options for rent. To top it all off, they are incredibly affordable and are located just a few blocks off of College Avenue right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. This is definitely one of the best cheap wedding venues in Northern Colorado. Because their space is so versatile they can host anything from weddings and events, as well as business meetings and theater events too. 

Fort Collins Lincoln Center wedding venue has fairly simple pricing. When hosting a special event, business meeting, or other types of non-wedding events they book the various spaces by the hour with a 4 hour minimum. Lincoln Center Wedding packages have a flat rate price for both full and half days with a half day being 6 hours long and a full day being 12 hours. They also allow outside catering in their rental spaces which can help you stay on budget. They also state that if there is a particular caterer you’d like to use, and they aren’t already on their preferred caterer list, they can apply to be on it. The Canyon West Ballroom inside the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins is enormous! It can host 15-450 guests and is a beautiful space with 6 huge modern chandeliers. It is decorated in earth tones and is 5,000 square feet so there is plenty of space for a dance floor and tables. The half day 6 hour wedding price for the Canyon West Ballroom is $1,050 and if you are looking for a full day rate it is quite reasonable for a space this size at only $1,700 for 12 hours. There are also 4 hour minimums for non-wedding events with hourly prices as well as rates for non-profits.

The Columbine Room has a similar look to the Canyon West Ballroom at the Lincoln Center, but it’s a smaller version of it. It also has a nice earth-toned look with medium wood tones throughout the space. It is roughly half the size of the Canyon West Ballroom with around 2,700 square feet of space. The Columbine Room would be great for 90-250 guests. The 6 hour half day wedding package price is $625 and the full day 12 hour wedding package price is only $975. There are also hourly prices available for non-wedding events (4 hour minimum). The Founders Room at Lincoln Center Ft. Collins is great for those looking for a more intimate space than the two ballrooms mentioned above. There is room for 40-100 guests in this room and it is also decorated in earth tones. One thing I like about this space is that it has a few windows letting in natural light. Pricing for a Founders Room wedding in the Lincoln Center is $600 for a half day wedding of 6 hours and for those who need a full 12 hour day, it’s just $1,000. There is a discreet little kitchen area too.  

I LOVE the outdoor rooftop deck space at Fort Collins Lincoln Center. It has beautiful string lights hanging overhead and is surrounded by mature trees with all of their nice foliage. It’s really large at 2,400 square feet and can fit anywhere from 90-250 guests. It also features a built in bar just inside the lobby. The Lincoln Center Rooftop Deck Wedding Package prices are $1,000 for 6 hours and $2,000 for 12 hours. There are also hourly rates available for non-wedding events with a 4 hour minimum just like the other rental spaces that Lincoln Center has available.

Another really great outdoor wedding venue space that’s available at the Lincoln Center is the Outdoor Terrace. It’s quite large with 2,800 square feet and I find that it’s particularly beautiful during the fall season with all of the beautiful gardens surrounding the terrace. The Terrace at Lincoln Center can fit between 100-250 people. This Lincoln Center event space is an outdoor space is only available from May-September, sometimes early October. It’s very affordable with half day wedding packages that are $600 and full day packages that are $1,000. 

The Lincoln Center is a Fort Collins performing arts event space known for its theater productions meaning they also have some great theater spaces for event rentals too. The Performance Hall at the Lincoln Center is the largest of their theaters for rent and can fit a whopping 1,200 guests! Weddings in the Performance Hall are $1,575 per day and you can get tickets printed for your wedding for .50 each! Talk about a unique wedding favor or souvenir! 

Perhaps the 1,187 seats in the Performance Hall is a little too much for your wedding or event? They also have the Magnolia Theater for rent which has 226 seats. It’s also incredibly affordable for such a unique space. It’s only $425 per day.
