The Bistro at Marshdale is a fine dining restaurant located in Evergreen, Colorado. It’s not a typical wedding venue since it’s a working, popular restaurant, but I include it with my list of wedding venues because I have photographed some lovely, intimate, private events there such as a surprise wedding and a couple of rehearsal dinners too. So, if you are looking for a small, off the beaten path venue to host a party or a small elopement style, casual wedding, this place could be perfect. The food served here is incredibly delicious and the environment is so warm and cozy. It has a bit of a European country restaurant vibe with a low ceiling, wood beams, and stone fireplace. Like you’ve stumbled across a magical little place in the forest. It’s definitely worth considering for a place to host a special private event in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado.
