Family Photos During Winter in Beaver Creek
Today I get to share the last of my Christmas family sessions that I did in December. This super photogenic and sweet family were visiting Beaver Creek and have been so patient with me in getting their photos back to them. Their session is one of my favorites that I did over the holidays so I hope they think the wait was worth it. I am certainly in love with how they turned out. In fact, I really don’t think I could have asked for a better session to end 2021 with! Beaver Creek can be a super tricky location to find good photogenic locations without paying a ton of money to get to the top of the mountain on the lifts. But, we managed to find 3 gorgeous settings to use that I think perfectly show how awesome Colorado is during winter. We found a beautiful little wood rustic cabin that looked so quaint covered in snow as well as a stunning aspen tree forest. Catching Aspen tree trunks at family sessions during winter is one of my favorite types of photos to create! And they got super lucky that they had one of the rare days when there were actually mountain views to be seen. By the time we walked over to this beautiful look out, we were all absolutely frozen so we didn’t last much longer. But, I’m happy we lasted long enough to get these gorgeous photos for them! Below are just a small amount of some of my favorites.
