Blended Family Portraits at Clear Creek History Park

Clear Creek History Park Family Photography in Golden Colorado

I have been photographing the family featured on the journal today for a very long time since I met the mom while skating at the Rocky Mountain Rollergirls. Codie was just a little boy way back then and it’s been so cool getting to see him become a young adult. We recently photographed his senior photos so if you look back through the posts from this past year you’ll recognize him. Bridget recently got married and they wanted to get some updated blended family photos taken together as one family unit to include her new husband and his daughter. We went to the Clear Creek History Park in Golden for this session. It was so nice and green and Clear Creek was quite full compared to how it normally looks so we weren’t able to get the whole family into the creek like I’m sometimes able to do at this spot. We were a little worried about the rain that day but decided to push through and go for it due to difficult schedules and I’m glad we did because it was a beautiful evening and we ended up not having to worry about the rain. Below is just a small sample of some of my favorites from their session.
