Green and Blue Basketball Themed Bar Mitzvah Party at Columbine Country Club
I have another very special bar mitzvah to share on the journal today. This time it is for my nephew, Cam. He just turned 13 and celebrated his bar mitzvah just a few weeks ago and I’m excited to get to share a small selection of some of my favorite photos we got on his big day. It feels like we just celebrated his big brother, Griff’s bar mitzvah and I know it’s going to feel too soon yet again when we celebrate Cici’s bat mitzvah in just a few years too.
Jessica Adler did another incredible job helping Jenny and Charlie with Cam’s party. Just like his big bro, Cam is also a big basketball fan and goes to a lot of Nuggets games so they did a really cool green and blue colored basketball theme for the party. They turned the dance floor into a really cool basketball court with bleachers on both sides. And the invitations were really awesome because they fit the theme perfectly by having them look like an event ticket you would get when attending a basketball game. I also really loved that Cam wore the same suit jacket that Griff wore and they added his name and date to the custom embroidered collar. It was such a special day and I’m so proud of Cam and all that he accomplished with his bar mitzvah. He did such a great job leading the service and reading from the Torah!
