Check out this cute family on the blog today! They coordinated their blue and yellow clothing so well and we got lucky that their clothes just happened to match really nicely with all of the pretty yellow wildflowers at Lily Lake in Estes Park. Lily Lake is part of Rocky Mountain National Park and it’s one of the most easily accessible lakes in the park’s system. There is a nice trail surrounding the lake and it’s a fairly short walk to get all the way around the small mountain lake. The matriarch of this family has been coming to Estes Park with her family since she was a girl. And the family still gets together up in the beautiful Colorado mountains every few years or so for a little rest and relaxation together. It’s been a few years since they updated their extended family photos and I’m glad they were able to make some time to create new ones this summer. The weather was perfect with no crazy winds and there was a very rare orange haze going on which exploded into a bright orange sky at sunset. This is just a handful of the great photos we were able to create that evening.
