Last week I headed up the mountain to the Bear Creek Cabins which are situated right along highway 74 leading into Evergreen to meet up with this sweet family from Oklahoma. Mom and Dad came out to the Bear Creek Cabins for their honeymoon and it’s been a family tradition ever since to return to this adorable stretch of peace on earth during summer for a little rest and relaxation. The kids are grown up now, gotten married, and now have their own little ones to join in the family fun. I am honored to have captured their family vacation tradition along the tiny shore with the rushing water of Bear Creek going by. It puts a smile on my face thinking about family coming together to make new memories and create stories they’ll recount to each other in future years.
