December Family Photos at Shanahan Ridge Trailhead

Warm Holiday Family Portraits in Boulder Colorado

If you’ve been checking out the journal this fall you may recognize this young lady from when I did her senior portraits back in September. They decided to get some updated family photos done with their other two daughters this past weekend while they were available for Christmas break. We’ve had an unseasonably warm December so far and the day we met up was a gorgeous warm day that was definitely more fall like than winter break. We went to Shanahan Ridge Trailhead because I like the greenery of the forest there and then we ended at sunset with the mountain view off of Highway 93. I got a lot of great photos of them that evening but the following are some of my favorites!
