The mountains in South Boulder are gorgeous and incredibly distinctive so this area has recently been one of my favorites for my clients. This time we wanted to get a nice clear view of the mountain range so we used the South Boulder Creek West Trail which is right off of the Foothills highway. The family featured today were such good sports and were on board with all of my posing and location ideas. I didn’t realize the fall colors would already be so bright and pretty too which was a nice surprise. Their nice dark blue colors fit in so well with the blue mountains and all of the dark golden fall colors. I love when extended families come to me to get their photos created. We can pose with so many different combinations of the family all at one session. Plus their little kidlets will grow so fast that it’ll be nice for them to have these photos to look back on. I really love that we were able to get some photos of Grammy with her grandkids.
The first full family photo ended up being my favorite of the family pictures:)
