East Mount Falcon Trailhead Elopement in Colorado

Red Rocks Elopement at East Mount Falcon Trailhead in Morrison, Colorado

I have a gorgeous summer elopement to share on the journal today. Originally Bridget and Stever were just planning to do some engagement photos at Red Rocks. But, due to the concert schedule there and how crazy the roads get to navigate at sunset when the prettiest light is, I convinced them we should try to do most of their photos at the East Mount Falcon Trailhead which is just south of Red Rocks Amphitheater and has awesome views of the iconic music venue. Then, they talked it over and decided to go ahead and just elope. So this engagement session turned into a beautiful elopement. The weather was perfect and the scenery was stunning as always. It was so special getting to witness their sweet, private ceremony and then we walked around and created some nice portraits for them with some of the various views at this location. We even managed to get a few done closer to the venue toward the end. Below are some of my favorites.
