Pretty Spring Elopement at Romantic RiverSong Inn
I have the nicest couple’s springtime elopement photos to share on the journal today. Justin and Laura recently got in touch with me to tell me about their elopement that they wanted to do in Estes Park. They were planning to head to this beautiful mountain home just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park called the Romantic Riversong Inn where they planned to elope. I’ve actually never been to this particular location before but I was blown away at what a perfect place it is to elope or host a smaller wedding. They have a lovely little riverside ceremony area with a flagstone patio and a really beautiful arch with great mountain views in the backdrop. The managers of Romantic Riverside Inn were really great to work with too. They provided a super cute mini cake for Justin & Laura and Cheryl can even officiate the ceremony for couples if they would like! It had recently just snowed a ton so it was a little bit muddy outside on the day of their wedding, but it wasn’t as much of a problem as I was expecting.
One really great thing about the Romantic Riversong Inn is that it’s only a 5 minute drive from the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. So we were able to make a plan to capture their ceremony at the Inn and then I drove them to RMNP where I took them around to some of my favorite photo spots with incredible mountain views. I am so in love with what we were able to create for their photos. We really couldn’t have asked for a nicer spring day here in Colorado (even though we did get a little bit of wind when photographing at Moraine Park) Below is just a small handful of some of my favorites we were able to get during their 2 hour elopement photoshoot.
Congratulations Laura & Justin! I am so glad I got to meet you and create these photos with you!
If you’re looking for an elopement photographer, I’d love to talk to you! Be sure to check out the WEDDINGS page of my site and get in touch to tell me about you and your plans.
