Extended Family Photography in August at West Mount Falcon

West Mount Falcon Family Portraits in Colorado

Today on the journal I’m sharing this great family I met last weekend at the West Mount Falcon trailhead in Indian Hills for their family photoshoot. This is one of the most popular places to go to for family photos in the entire metro area and for good reason. It has a beautiful forest, a pretty little mountain meadow space, a pretty good amount of parking, and best of all, a gorgeous open mountain view to the west making it easy to get some beautiful sunset photos. The only downside really is that it can be a little crowded because it’s so pretty. It was fairly crowded on the night we went since it was a Sunday but we still managed to get all of these beautiful photos of their family together despite the crowds. I think my favorite might be grandma all by herself because she looks so cute in it. Plus, she almost wouldn’t let us get that photo until we all pleaded with her to let us get one all by herself. Below is just a small selection of some of my favorites.
