Summer Family Photos at Boulder’s South Mesa Trail
It’s been forever since I had the pleasure of photographing anyone at the South Mesa Trail. It used to be one of my top locations to take everyone, but with it’s rise in popularity and the reservation system Boulder OSMP implemented, I haven’t been going there quite as often in the past couple of years. But, this good looking family visiting from Wisconsin saw some previous photos from South Mesa and wanted to go there for their pictures so we made it happen for them. It was looking so gorgeous and green on the day that we went and I really love how the blue of their outfits coordinates so nicely with the blue tones of the mountain backdrop. Because of all of the rain we’ve had this spring, it was a little more full of mosquitos than I remember it being in the past but other than that, it was really a lovely evening.
