Denver Botanic Gardens Wedding at the Woodland Mosaic Solarium

Ever since I photographed Matt & Katlyn’s beautiful wedding evening at the end of June, I have been dying to get their photos worked on so that I could share what a lovely couple they are. Obviously they are super photogenic as you’ll see when you look through the photos but they were also such nice, genuine people that it made my job super fun to photograph them. It was pretty cool to get to see them enjoy their intimate wedding at Denver Botanic Gardens. They got married in what is probably my favorite wedding venue in all of Denver at the Woodland Mosaic solarium greenhouse garden. It’s a super small, tucked away little space that feels very private and magical. The green glass greenhouse is such a cool little building to get married in. I’ve photographed other wedding ceremonies here before but due to heavy rain and other logistics, this was the first time I got to see it set up for an intimate wedding reception dinner too. We kicked things off with the ceremony right away and then moved into some portrait time with their family as well as catching a few of Matt & Katlyn alone before rejoining their crew for dinner and cocktail hour. Close to sunset they allowed me to steal them away for some beautiful sunset photos with the softer, prettier lighting before rejoining the party. It was such a chill, perfect evening. Below are some of my personal favorites we created together that night.
