Real Nebraska Farm Wedding with Red Decor
I have the world’s cutest couple at their real Nebraska farm wedding with touches of red color featured on the journal today. I had the pleasure of meeting Kesley and Ryan last fall when we photographed their engagement photos up in Fort Collins. We got to touch a little bit on Ryan’s love for superhero comics at that photography session when they both wore Thor tshirts for the old town area. I love that Ryan opted to include all of his groomsmen in on the comic love and each one incorporated a favorite superhero character into their wedding day attire. This time Ryan opted to show off a little Deadpool love with his undershirt and his cufflinks. He also had a really cool Deadpool groom’s cake. Even his fun-loving grandpa (who was also his best man) got in on the action with the rest of the guys.
Pretty Fall Wedding Hayride at Nebraska Farm
Ryan’s mom and her husband were incredibly generous to offer up their family home and farm about an hour outside of Omaha for the festivities. They worked so hard on everything including the food, getting a big reception tent put up, laying out the hay bale seating for the ceremony, as well as figuring out lots of rustic décor. I’m sure that doesn’t even come close to all the work they had to put in as a family to make this beautiful fall color Nebraska farm wedding happen and I know that Ryan and Kesley are so grateful for it. Kesley opted for beautiful red color with some yellow sunflowers throughout the décor due to the fall season and underneath the huge trees of their backyard it all came together perfectly. One of the best parts of hosting a wedding on a real farm is that you can go on a celebratory hay ride after the ceremony and that’s exactly what we did. It was really cool to see Ryan share one of his old fun past times with his new bride and all of their friends. As nightfall came they partied out the evening right in front of the garage. Inside the garage the Huskers game was on which I was told was required viewing for hosting a wedding during college football season in Nebraska.
