Orange Citrus and Pink Wedding at Grant-Humphreys Mansion in Denver

Grant-Humphreys Citrus Colored Summer Wedding

I am thrilled that I finally get to share today’s wedding on the journal. I first photographed the couple featured on today’s post at Lauren’s mom’s wedding back in 2017 and I was so honored to know that I would get to photograph this wedding celebration too. Like many couples, Lauren and Tom were originally planning to have their wedding in 2020 but we all know what happened that year. Since Tom is from the UK they really wanted to have the opportunity for more of his family and friends to join the celebration so they waited not just one year but two to host their wedding celebration. They held their wedding party at the historic Grant-Humphreys Mansion on Capitol Hill in Denver. I loved everything about their decor and colors that they chose for their wedding too. The wedding party were decked out in florals and I am in love with the bright citrus oranges, tangerines, and pink colors used in their floral design. Their floral designer (Parsley & Valentine) even included real cut citrus fruits like lemons and grapefruits in the decor which looked and smelled amazing. The couple had a friend make their beautiful cake and they also had a display of Voodoo Donuts for everyone to enjoy as well. It ended up being an absolutely perfect day making it very hard to narrow down which photos to share. I may have gone a bit overboard on selecting some to share of the decor, but it’s just because I loved how it looked so much!

Congratulations, Lauren & Tom! I am so glad you finally got to share this beautiful day celebrating your marriage with your loved ones.
