Red Rocks Family Photos in Denver
I have the cutest summer in Denver, Red Rocks Family Photos created at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater and the surrounding trails with huge red rocks. Jen and Brad contacted me earlier this summer hoping to get on the calendar for a family photography session at Red Rocks. Red Rocks is the world famous outdoor amphitheater hosting various concerts, films, and performances during the warmer months. It’s one of the crown jewels of this region and a vacation to Denver during summer is not complete without checking out a concert of movie at this gorgeous venue. I try to make it out for at least one show every year to take in the distant view of the city and enjoy a performance under the night sky.

The trails around the amphitheater and the hundreds of stairs at altitude have also given me plenty of exercise throughout the years. So I don’t blame this family for wanting to get their family photos taken at Red Rocks. It’s a beautiful place but it’s also an insanely busy place these days with concerts scheduled for almost every single evening this season. Luckily we looked ahead at the calendar and picked one of the only dates when a show was not scheduled for the portraits to take place and we managed to make it happen. I love what we were able to get!
