Family Portraits at Shanahan Ridge and Viele Lake

All of you long time blog readers probably recognize this adorable family. I’ve been lucky enough to get to photograph them every year for the past 3 years. We’ve been heading to all kinds of gorgeous spots to create their photos together and this year they decided to check out the Shanahan Ridge Trailhead in south Boulder. I love this location because it has such a nice beautiful forest tucked away in a neighborhood. And just down the street there is a beautiful lake with incredible views of those iconic Boulder mountains in the distance. Below are just a small selection of some of my favorites that we created at their session.
