Summer Family Photos on a Stormy Evening at James Bible Park

Stormy Summer Evening Family Photos at James A. Bible Park in Denver

All of you regular journal visitors are sure to remember this family since I’ve been lucky enough to photograph them for the past few years at James A. Bible Park on the Southeast side of Denver. It’s a huge park with a ton of mature cottonwood trees with the tiny little Goldsmith Gulch running through the center of it. That’s where we found this cute little waterfall to use for the backdrop for some of their photos. Even though it rained pretty heavily right before we began, we got some really pretty sunshine streaming through the trees when we first started the session and then we got a really pretty and dramatic looking dark blue sky for their photo at the end. Below are some of my favorites that we created that night.
