Vintage Arcade Video Game Themed Bar Mitzvah Party in Denver Colorado
I am so excited to share the latest bar mitzvah that I’ve photographed on the journal this evening because the theme and the decor for it was just above and beyond! This young man had his bar mitzvah service at Temple Sinai and later that night his family and friends gathered for a spectacular party at The Clayton Hotel in Cherry Creek. The theme for his bar mitzvah party was vintage arcade and vintage video games. His mom did an insanely good job with the decor and with the help of her planner, Lindsey O’Neil from Send Flours Baking Co (she created the cookies too!), it all came together beautifully. There were actually a lot of folks involved with making this really unique party come together so I’ll link to as many of them as I can at the end of the post. But for now I wanted to get to the photos since they clearly show how neat it was that they created an entire arcade at the hotel with ridiculously cool neon lights showcasing the Super Mario Bros, Pacman, Donkey Kong and other fun vintage video game decor. This family also had one of the most enthusiastic hora dances I’ve seen in awhile. It was a blast!
