Lovely Spring Wedding at White Barn with Purple Decor
I am so stoked that 2021 is finally here and we’re all starting to be able to get back to normal. I haven’t had the opportunity to photograph a large wedding since 2019 due to everyone’s least favorite word by now, Covid. I’m thrilled that I got the opportunity to photograph Ben & Sutton’s gorgeous wedding at the Woodlands barn in Morrison, Colorado. It was such a blast getting my wedding photographer groove back with a big ol’ party. One of the highlights of the day was hearing the special irreverent take on First Corinthians (you know the one, “love is patient, love is blind…”) during their wedding ceremony which had everyone cracking up. And this wedding celebration also had more than their fair share of incredible dancing since Sutton is a dance teacher. One of her students did a special dance for them and then of course, Ben & Sutton’s first dance together was incredible with beautiful choreography. But really, it was just so sweet and special to see these two surrounded by all of their loved ones. We’ve all missed and needed special days like this in the past year and I’m glad that they are coming back in full force!
