Chautauqua Wedding at Community House

Springtime Community House Wedding Reception at Chautauqua in Boulder

Today on the journal, I get to share a super sweet spring wedding I photographed at Chautauqua just a couple of weeks ago. Luke and Amanda were such a dream couple to photograph. They had their friends and family from all over the US meet them right here in Boulder. They rented out a bunch of the cute cottages at Chautauqua and got married on the lawn (Enchanted Mesa Garden) right outside the Mary H. Galey cottage which looks out over the McClintock Trail. It was a day full of love and friendship and I also love that they were able to get some photos with their cute pups too. After we finished up family and group photos with their friends they moved the party over to the Community House where they hosted their reception dinner in the Grand Assembly Room and then hosted the dance party and cocktail hour down in the lower level in the Rocky Mountain Climbers Club. The few days surrounding their wedding day were rainy and gloomy but the day of Amanda and Luke’s wedding was the perfect bright sunny Colorado day. It was absolutely perfect. Below are just a small sample of some of my favorite photos we created together that day.
