Chilly Winter Wedding Portraits at Rocky Mountain National Park

Winter Wedding Ceremony at Estes Park’s Romantic Riversong Inn

I have some gorgeous winter wedding photographs to share with the world today. Back in mid-December before Christmas, Geoff and I drove up to Estes Park to meet with Heather & Ryan on their wedding day at the Romantic Riversong Inn. They are two very tough people because they wed outside on an absolutely frigid day. They had a small group of family and friends who joined them to celebrate this special occasion too. We managed to whip out some nice riverside group photos for them after the ceremony in record time too. Once back inside the Inn, we spent a little time celebrating with some cake and champagne before Geoff and I bundled them up in our car and drove the newlyweds into Rocky Mountain National Park to get some epic mountain photos for them. This poor couple was absolutely freezing by the end but I’m proud of them for lasting as long as we did so we could create these gorgeous pictures for them. I hope they think it was worth it because looking at what we created together, I sure do! I just love that despite the absolute frigid air swirling around them, they still look like they were having fun and cracking up in so many of these. What a magical day!
