Warehouse Chic | A List of Urban Colorado Industrial Wedding Venues [Updated for 2025!]
2025 Update: I first wrote this article in 2020 and five years later I realized I needed to go back and take a look since so much has changed here in the Denver area and many of the venues originally featured in this article are sadly no longer around or available to rent. I removed the businesses that are no longer renting these industrial spaces for weddings and added updates to those that are still around and may be available to rent under a new owner. I hope that you find the information in this Colorado Industrial weddings guide helpful as your plan for your chic urban wedding!
Here in Colorado, we may be most known for our mountain views and rustic ranch weddings but don’t discount our urban swagger because we’ve got some seriously chic industrial style wedding venues available to rent as well. Right now, it’s all the rage to buy up old historic warehouses and renovate them into really cool, urban and modern style spaces for everything from coffee shops, breweries, stores, and even wedding venues. As a history and architecture enthusiast, I’m all about saving these cool historic places here in Colorado. At these venues, you’ll see a ton of exposed bricks, nice large open layouts, lots of concrete, minimalist ceilings with industrial systems showing, and sometimes weathered wood due to the fact that many of these spaces are being converted from historic buildings. At many of these sleek and modern Colorado wedding venues, you’ll also find large open windows which is one of my favorite features of the warehouse chic style of architecture. What can I say? I’m a photographer and I’m always seeking out that good light!
I’ve done my best to include the capacity and at least a rough idea of pricing when possible for each of these cool urban wedding spaces to help make your research easier. But, please reach out to each of these Colorado industrial wedding spaces directly for the most up to date pricing information. If you’re a city couple at heart and you’re on the hunt for a modern industrial wedding space, like a converted warehouse with some history,, be sure to check out my round-up list of these extremely unique wedding venues that Denver and the rest of Colorado has to offer below!

Central Denver Industrial Weddings
I’m starting with the Denver industrial wedding scene because that’s where I’m based and it’s also where the majority of these converted warehouse modern style wedding venues are located. I’ve found that there are little clusters of them both near my neighborhood in Sun Valley/Santa Fe Arts District, but also more north in the fairly recently renamed area of “RiNo.” (This area is also known as Five Points or even Curtis Park) Check out the Mile High City’s best industrial wedding venues in this list of awesome places to get married in Denver below.
Asterisk
1075 Park Ave W, Denver, CO 80205
(720) 443-4411
Asterisk is a fairly new Denver area industrial wedding venue and named themselves after the location where they are located (if you look on a map at the intersection of Broadway, Park Avenue West, and Araphoe it forms the shape of an asterisk * Cute!) This awesome industrial wedding venue was built in 1923 and used to be a post office garage and more recently was home to a contemporary ballet company. The Asterisk event space has been completely renovated into a gorgeous, light filled wedding venue with 8,500 square feet to work with! They have a lot of white on the inside of their building making it nice and bright and it’s enormous size means you’ll never have to worry about your guest count. In their main hall, they have room for up to 700 guests at a seated dinner or 1,000 standing room.
They also are so lucky to have a really cool outdoor rooftop deck which can fit 160 seated guests or 250 people standing room style and it even has its own bathrooms up there too! Their pricing ranges anywhere from $4,500-$10,000 for a traditional ceremony + reception style wedding. If you’re looking to do a micro wedding, elopement, or ceremony only type of wedding they have options for up to 50 people for $2,000. These prices are based on the spaces you want to rent as well as the dates and times so be sure to head to their site to find out more information about what they can do for you and your wedding.
Bigsby’s Folly Winery
3563 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80216
(720) 485-3158
Originally I hadn’t included Bigsby’s Folly Winery on the Industrial wedding venue guide because I already included it on my Colorado Brewery and Winery Weddings guide but the space truly fits in with the Industrial weddings look so I’ve decided to include this awesome place on this list too. There is actually often quite a bit of crossover in the style of Brewery weddings and Industrial weddings so you might want to check out that guide too if you don’t find what you’re looking for in this article. Bigsby’s Folly is located in North Denver on the northwest side of the railroad tracks of the Rino area. What makes this place pretty special for a wedding is not only the great wine of course but the fact that it’s located in an incredible over 100 year old warehouse that was renovated in 2017 to become a wine tasting room. The history nerds out there should take a look at this page about the Leyner Engineering Company to see some cool old photos of what this building looked like back in the day.
It’s truly a beautiful space to host a wedding. I love that they somehow managed to squeeze in a pretty little garden area on their front patio space and the old red brick walls on the interior give it a ton of charm. I love any place that has huge soaring ceilings and they’ve added a touch of glam to the space too with these huge gleaming chandeliers.

Moss Denver
200 N, Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80223
(303) 534-5403
Moss is a large one story red brick restored factory building in the Santa Fe Arts District on the east side of I-25 next to the Baker neighborhood. Moss wedding venue opened in 2015 and they’ve designed one of the most well thought out industrial wedding venues in Denver. Mirrored ceiling, Huge windows take over 2 walls in the Edison Room with beautiful lights hanging from the ceiling. This cool urban Denver wedding venue takes its name from the 10 foot accent wall in this room which features a cool reclaimed wood wall with live green moss on the other side of it. The panels of this wall can be turned either way so you have options for creating a space that speaks to your style. The Edison Room at Moss is 2,600 square feet and has space for up to 120 guests at a seated dinner and 200 people at a standing cocktail style wedding reception.
The Chandelier Room has beautiful Versailles style chandeliers hanging from a ceiling with exposed wood beams. There is also plenty of exposed brick paired with nice clean white walls on the other sides of the room. There are large windows with cute vintage square panes in them letting in lots of natural light. They also have huge sliding barnwood doors delineating the space. They also designed their getting ready space and bathrooms to blend in with their chic industrial warehouse style with touches of warmth throughout. The Chandelier Room is 3,000 square feet, can fit up to 200 seated guests and has space for 300 guests at a standing cocktail style reception.
Moss contracts their space for either 8 hours or 10 hours and you must hire a day of coordinator to rent their space. They have parking for up to 45 cars (after 5 pm during the week and all day on the weekends) Moss wedding costs will vary based on whether you plan to host your ceremony there or just the reception as well as which day of the week and the time of year you choose to host your wedding. Wedding pricing for Moss will cost anywhere between $3,500-9,000 depending on your date. Be sure to check their website for the full breakdown of what a wedding at Moss will cost.

Realm Denver
3851 Steele St Suite 1393, Denver, CO 80205
(720) 535-4225
Realm Denver is the newest Colorado industrial wedding location to join this list of cool, modern spaces to get married at in Denver. I’m so excited to include it because it’s a little bit different from some of the other locations in that it’s a much more intimate space for weddings and events and it has a brighter, more clean feel than some other old warehouse venues. I actually stumbled across it when looking for an indoor portrait location with good light (so you know it’ll be great for your wedding photos!) and ended up renting it for a recent headshot session I photographed. I’m kicking myself because I was so focused on the portrait session that I didn’t think to get a wide photo of the interior to share here, but you can see what a lovely, bright, indoor space it is below and if you head to their website they have more photos that show the size of the space better. It’s located just north of City Park (closer to I-70) in an old one story brick building that’s been renovated into a diverse hub for a multitude of different businesses. Don’t be fooled by the “one story” description because it has super tall, 18 foot ceilings and enormous windows (that have a really awesome shade system if the sun isn’t doing what you want it to do!) It’s truly a perfect, simple space for couples who like the modern industrial feel but don’t want to host a large event where a huge warehouse space would swallow them whole.
Realm can fit up to 130 people and have enough tables and chairs for 50 people. They have a 7 hour package that’s great for receptions that’s between $3,000-$5,000 depending on your date and they have a 9 hour package for those who want to host a ceremony and a reception for $3,500-$6,000 that also depends on your date.

Skylight
833 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80204
(720) 996-0680
Skylight is an incredible wedding venue with a fresh take on the industrial look right in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District here in Denver. A Skylight Denver wedding features what else, gigantic skylights in its ceiling which along with the row of unique large front windows lets in a ton of natural light into this industrial Denver wedding venue on Santa Fe Drive. It has a history of being an art gallery so the light in here is perfect. They also painted their brick walls white so it creates an even brighter space which us photographers can’t get enough of!
It is quite a large wedding venue at 4,176 square feet and can hold up to 200 guests at your wedding. They also have a large courtyard space in the back adjacent to the alley with a fun urban vibe with string lights hanging overhead. One incredibly unique selling point for Skylight wedding venue in Denver is that they allow 24 hour rentals (10 am-10 am) so you’ll have plenty of time to create the space of your dreams and get it all cleaned up the day after. They also allow later hours than most wedding venues I’ve seen with the party needing to be moved indoors after 10 pm and alcohol needing to stop by 2 am. This place is an incredible industrial blank space in one of the coolest Denver neighborhoods and is ready for you to put your own personal touches on it. Prices range from $3,500-$6.500 but be sure to check with them directly for up to date pricing information!

East Denver Wedding Warehouse Venue Spaces
East Denver Industrial Wedding Venue Spaces featuring Renovated Warehouses with Modern Touches
The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace
2501 Dallas St #135, Aurora, CO 80010
(720) 588-2500
UPDATE: The Hangar is turning into a place called The Local Drive which is an indoor golf facility and cocktail bar. I’m leaving the description for the former space known as the Hangar for now until more information becomes available about the new space.
For those looking for a restored warehouse wedding venue in Denver be sure to head over to the east side of town to take a look at The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace in the Stapleton neighborhood. Those new to Denver may not know this, but long before DIA was built we had a little airport called Stapleton Airport. I have vague memories of my family going to pick up my dad in our station wagon at Stapleton Airport (at the gate back then!) after his business trips working for Xerox. Talk about a late 1980’s Colorado family! These days, they’ve turned one of the old airport hangars at Stapleton into a really cool bustling marketplace with a ton of shops, restaurants, breweries and even wedding venues!
The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace is a huge, cool-looking industrial style event venue with the most space of any of the venues featured on this list with 18,500 square feet. It is seriously massive and features soaring ceilings dripping with string lights and a huge outdoor patio available to use as well. They have room for anywhere from 700-1,100 people depending on the style of reception hosted indoors and space for 500-940 people on the patio. If you plan to use both spaces they can fit an amazing 1,200-2,000 guests in their space! Events end by 10 pm Sunday-Thursdays and by 11 pm Friday and Saturdays. Be sure to get in touch with them to find out more information about pricing.
Boulder Industrial Wedding Venues in Colorado
Denver isn’t the only place that has options for finding an industrial wedding venue in Colorado. Boulder has some great options for urban wedding venues with an industrial feel. These Boulder Colorado industrial wedding venues below all have great features found in many renovated warehouse spaces like historic buildings and exposed brick. Check them out!

Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art
1750 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302
(303) 443-2122
The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art was one of the first places that came to mind for me when thinking of “industrial style” wedding venues in the Boulder area. It’s an art museum so the light in there is great. They rent out the 2nd floor of their museum for weddings and it’s got all of the great industrial vibes that couples looking for urban chic space want while also located inside a historic building with lots of charm. It has tons of gorgeous exposed red brick, lots of windows, and all of the contemporary art adds an extra cool touch to weddings hosted here. Check in with the staff at BMOCA to find out more information about hosting your wedding there!
The Riverside
1724 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302
(720) 443-2322
The Riverside is an awesome historic industrial wedding venue in Boulder, Colorado located just a little bit south of the Pearl Street Mall. The Riverside is housed in an old 1914 brick building with exposed brick walls on the inside, wood floors, and lots of windows and has an incredible amount of charm. They also have a great outdoor space with patio string lights hanging overhead next to the river that you can use for your wedding celebration too! The Studio Boulder
3550 Frontier Ave Suite A2, Boulder, CO 80301
(720) 378-8015
Another unique wedding venue in Boulder with an industrial chic vibe is a place called The Studio Boulder. It’s both a co-working space and wedding venue with 2,900 square feet of space for your wedding celebration. It’s a well designed space with room for small intimate weddings of 20 on up to large weddings of 350 guests. As a vintage camper enthusiast, one of my favorite things about The Studio in Boulder is that they have a cute renovated airstream trailer inside their space. They also have a nice outdoor patio with bistro tables and seats with a large glass garage door that opens up to it. There is an extended venue space that is available to rent for an extra cost as well in case you need a little extra space at your wedding. The base rate for private parties at The Studio is $3,600 but definitely check in with them for a more complete idea of what it will cost to rent this awesome modern wedding venue in Boulder.
Longmont Renovated Factory Style Industrial Wedding Venues
Although I have lived in Denver longer than I lived in Longmont at this point in my life, it will always hold a special place in my heart since I grew up there. When I was a kid, it was a fairly quiet, sleepy little city that was far enough away from Denver that it didn’t quite count as a suburb of that metropolis (although with all of the sprawl in the Denver metro area that is probably up for debate now). In the years that I’ve been away, I’m always surprised by what a bustling little city it has become. There are way more fun shops and restaurants along the downtown area and it does have some great wedding venue options these days. I particularly love the renovated industrial style wedding venue described below!
The Saint Vrain
635 3rd Ave, Longmont, CO 80501
(720) 534-2635
Heading north to my hometown of Longmont, you’ll find one of Colorado’s coolest renovated warehouse wedding venues in the entire state at a place called The Saint Vrain. It is located in the old historic area of Longmont’s quaint main street business district. The Saint Vrain has been home to many businesses throughout its over 100 year history including something called the “White Elephant Livery” (What?!), a Dodge dealership, and a sheet metal manufacturing business. But, as a Longmont kid growing up in the 80s and 90s, I remember it most as the Saint Vrain Glass and Upholstery Company. We would drive home from St. John’s Catholic Church on Sundays past this building and even now, 20 plus years later I can still picture their distinctive painted logo featuring the text of Saint Vrain made to look like some sort of iron. It’s somehow one of the images from my hometown imprinted on my brain. In fact, this old school painted sign is still there and I hope they never get rid of it! I moved to Denver after high school in 2000, so I wasn’t around for the era of the consignment shop that took over for a decade in 2006, but I am happy that it has now been renovated into a gorgeous industrial wedding location for Boulder County couples.
The St Vrain weddings are now the epitome of stylish renovated warehouse wedding venues. It’s probably one of the most luxe industrial wedding venues featured on this whole list. I love all of their gorgeous furniture and lighting that they added to the already beautiful industrial bones of this building. It of course features lovely exposed red brick walls, open ceilings showing the wood trusses, and lots of natural light on the upper level which used to be the automobile showroom. They even have a stylish little patio with string lights hanging overhead out back with garage doors that open up to it. It has space for up to 250 guests and they already have all of the beautiful furniture you’ll need to comfortably host them. If you like how this sounds and be sure to head over to their website and schedule a venue tour to find out what the Saint Vrain can do for you. They’ll be able to explain what the St. Vrain wedding costs will be. Keep me in mind as your Saint Vrain wedding photographer, I’d love to photograph you up in my hometown!

Fort Collins Urban Loft Industrial Vibe Wedding Venues
When I think of Fort Collins, I actually am reminded of my own hometown of Longmont although this college town in the north of Colorado is larger. Still, it has a very similar downtown with quaint, historic old red brick buildings most of them only one or two stories tall. Many of Colorado’s front range towns are more known for their kick-ass outdoor settings and not their urban panache. But, despite being a nature lover’s paradise, Fort Collins has some pretty incredible modern urban style venues to choose from. Check out what I found for Northern Colorado industrial wedding venues below!
Block One Events
428 Linden St, Fort Collins, CO 80524
(970) 420-3692
Block One Events is a super cool brand new industrial style modern wedding venue in Fort Collins. It’s located on the northeast side of the cute downtown area along the river. This industrial wedding venue features polished concrete floors, tons of natural light pouring through its walls of windows, and an open ceiling with it’s systems exposed. It’s in a very modern building but also has outdoor space that you can use for your ceremony and cocktail hour. The indoor space is quite large with 4102 square feet and can host up to 191 people. However, Block One recommends capping your wedding at 150 people if you plan to use the outdoor terrace for your ceremony. In addition to the large outdoor terrace, Block One has 4 different patios of varying sizes that are also included in your rental.
A Block One Wedding costs anywhere from $60-$300 per hour (with a minimum of 4 hours) or you can rent it for a full day (generally from 7 am-11 pm) for anywhere from $800-$4,000. The price depends on the day that you want to book. One plus about renting this venue is that they allow you to bring and serve your own alcohol, but they do not have a liquor license so you cannot host a cash bar.
The Neighbor
144 S Mason St, Fort Collins, CO 80524
Another awesome industrial style wedding option in Fort Collins is the The Neighbor. This is the place where Everyday Joe’s Coffee House was run for over 20 years and now The Neighbor has taken over the space and has options for renting it out for private events. It’s located just one block off of the vibrant College Avenue in the cute downtown area. I have not been able to make it up to Fort Collins since The Neighbor opened so I can’t comment on specific renovations they’ve made to the space so for now I’ll leave my description from when it was Everyday Joe’s. I’ll update this once I get a chance to check it out myself!
This incredible building features nice tall open ceilings with wood beams and dainty string lights hanging overhead, exposed brick, and large industrial historic style windows with lots of square panes at the front of the building. It is an art gallery coffee shop with an eclectic vibe and they allow it to be rented out for weddings. Be sure to get in touch with the good folks at Everyday Joe’s to find out more about pricing and availability.

Pueblo Warehouse Weddings with an Urban Chic Vibe
Pueblo’s nickname is Steel City because once upon a time it was one of the largest producers of steel in the country. Because of its heavily industrial past, I knew there would be some really cool urban warehouse wedding venues that have been updated for use at private events. I love the options I found and have described them below. Take a look!

Olde Town Carriage House
102 S Victoria Ave, Pueblo, CO 81003
(719) 543-1012
The Olde Town Carriage House in Pueblo, Colorado is located inside a really neat historic building built in 1893. The Olde Town Carriage House is a Pueblo industrial wedding venue with a history of being the host of many different kinds of businesses throughout the years (starting with a carriage building operation which it’s named after). The Olde Town Carriage House is located along the revitalized River Walk area of Pueblo which is full of photo opportunities.
This cool industrial wedding venue in Pueblo can accommodate up to 300 guests in their large reception room with exposed brick walls and tall ceilings with wood beam rafters. And as you’ve read before, I love natural light and this room has lots of windows which allow good light in depending on the time of day. Be sure to check in with them to find out their availability and how much it costs to rent this historic industrial wedding venue.

Colorado Mountain Industrial Warehouse Style Wedding Venues
As I mentioned at the beginning of this article, Colorado’s mountain towns aren’t known for their urban vibes. You’re definitely more likely to find a lodge with animal heads on the walls than a renovated warehouse space that has been converted into a chic industrial wedding venue in the Colorado mountains. But, not all is lost. Below are the options I managed to find for Colorado industrial chic weddings in the mountains!
Salida SteamPlant Event Center
220 W Sackett Ave, Salida, CO 81201
(719) 530-0933
The Salida SteamPlant Event Center is one of the only renovated warehouse wedding venues I was able to find in the mountains of Colorado! It’s located in the heart of downtown Salida right next to the Arkansas River which is the life blood of Salida. I love that couples in this part of Colorado aren’t limited to rustic lodge style weddings and can host a cool urban affair that one might find in the heart of Denver! This restored factory wedding venue was built in 1887 by the Salida Electric Edison Light Company and exactly 100 years later was bought for the city of Salida which turned it into a theater. Since then it has been renovated into an entire complex which now hosts weddings, theater productions, galas, art shows, community events and much more.
I love that they preserved so much of the building’s historic architecture, leaving it full of charming exposed brick walls, soaring 30 foot ceilings, and hardwood floors. It’s an amazing indoor/outdoor industrial wedding locale with not only the ballroom available for rent with room for up to 180 guests, but the riverside plaza is available as well. Others have used the outdoor plaza space for both the ceremony and for dancing under the starry sky with string lights hanging overhead. This would be an incredible destination wedding option in Colorado far from the beaten path of your typical ski resort wedding. Salida is an outdoor enthusiast haven with a ton of fun to be had both on the river and in the quaint downtown area with incredible mountains not far away. It is well worth a trip to Salida to check it out. I recently checked for the Salida Steamplant wedding cost and they have an 8 hour wedding rental package starting at $5,495. Get in touch with them to find out their availability and what they have available for add ons to your wedding package.
There you have it! This is my complete list of the best industrial wedding venues you can find in Colorado. If you are the owner or manager of a Colorado industrial wedding venue that you think would belong on this list, be sure to get in touch with me to tell me about your venue!
