Congress Park Family Photography During Summer
I have a very special family on the journal today. I first photographed them back in 2019 up in Estes Park when they were all so young. I can’t get over how much they’ve grown since we first met up. This time, their mama wanted to get some photos with some pretty broadleaf style greenery and trees instead of the more pine tree type of environments we’ve used in the past. It’s not always easy to find a lot of nice mature trees in Denver that would work for a photoshoot but I noticed this really cool tree alley spot at Congress Park when I was out biking and so we ended up using it for some of the photos. Not far from there is the 7th Avenue bikeway area with the large medians full of plants and trees so we stopped by there and finished up the session over by Cheesman. I love that we found some beautiful green trees to use for their backdrop. I picked out some of my favorites below!

If you’d like to get some updated photos done with your own family, I would love to help. Please check out the FAMILIES page of my website and reach out!
