CU Boulder Graduation Photos

I have some really cute CU Boulder graduation photos created with this University of Colorado graduate’s family at Chautauqua Park to share on the journal today. It’s graduation season here in Colorado and across the country with graduates of all education levels celebrating their years of hard work and receiving their diplomas. It’s also springtime and when the blossoms are blooming I cannot get enough of photographing graduates and families outside. McKenzie and her family wanted to celebrate her success in graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with some graduation pictures with the whole family. I loved that they wore their CU gear for these while McKenzie rocked her cap and gown.

We decided to include the iconic flatirons mountain backdrop at Chautauqua Park which I think is the perfect place to be photographed when you are celebrating your soon to be CU Buff alumni status. McKenzie’s whole family stood proud with her for these updated family photos at this important milestone in her life. And I like to think they had a little bit of fun too playing some games, exploring the hills behind the dining hall and smelling all of the lovely spring flowers along the way. Around sunset we finished up with the majestic flatiron mountains in the backdrop. Soon McKenzie will be leaving the rugged beauty of Boulder Colorado and moving on to new adventures as she attends law school in Wisconsin. I wish her all the best of luck in her life goals!
