Maternity and Family Photography at Denver Botanic Gardens

My sister, Danielle, asked me if I could do her maternity photos for her second child who is about to be born right around my mom’s birthday coming up very soon (RIP, Mom!) We decided to go to Denver Botanic Gardens because it’s my favorite place to photograph at these days and it was looking beautiful in late May. They just got some of their annual gardens planted and their spring perennials were blooming all over the place! It always takes my niece, Everlee, a bit of time to warm up to people who aren’t her parents but I feel like we got better results than our last time we attempted photos together so I’m pretty pleased with these. It’s only about a week left until we all get to meet him. I can’t wait to hold my new nephew!
