Erie Colorado At Home Family Portraits

Erie Colorado Family Photos in Outdoor Garden at Home

I’m excited to get to share this beautiful family portrait session that I did at this family’s home in Erie, Colorado. It was actually their dad’s birthday that evening and he wasn’t super thrilled to have to do family pictures on his birthday, but I’m hoping that seeing how they turned out makes him feel that it was worth it. They have a beautiful home and we spent our time in the garden using various plants as their backdrop. It was a really hazy day so the mountain views were pretty obscured that day but it did give us some pretty, soft warm light which I love. This family’s matriarch has the world’s cutest tiny dog too and you can see him here in the pictures with his adorable little tongue sticking out. Their little girl was feeling pretty serious that day but somehow we managed to capture a couple of smiles from her. And, one of the couples got to announce that they’re expecting so she’ll get a new cousin to play with pretty soon! Check out a small handful of my favorites from their session below!
