Senior Pictures with Fall Color with Red Rocks Backdrop in Morrison
I’m excited to share this lovely young lady’s high school yearbook portrait session on the journal today. Her mom mentioned that she really likes Red Rocks. I tend to prefer taking clients to the East Mount Falcon trailhead which has awesome views of Red Rocks Amphitheater vs. dealing with traffic and crowds at the famed concert venue itself (although this year I suppose that hasn’t been as big of a headache as it is in normal years) But, I still prefer East Mount Falcon because it has so much pretty scenery to work with. Right now it’s in full autumn glory with the golden sagebrush and of course it looks spectacular against the gorgeous red rock formations. I just love how Maya’s first outfit with the purple and pinkish colors looks with the red rocks backdrop. She matches the scenery so well! Plus with yellow and purple being complimentary it looks extra cool in these photos. I also really loved her 2nd outfit with her awesome black button down shirt with embroidered roses and skulls on it. I think it looked pretty great in this desert-like environment. It was pretty hard to narrow down which ones to share on the journal, but below I managed to pick out a handful. Here’s hoping Maya has a fun senior year!
