Wedding Portraits During Autumn at Anderson Farms in Erie, Colorado
All of you long time journal visitors probably recognize my old roller derby pal from the many other times I’ve had the pleasure of photographing her with her family. Today I get to share a super unique set of photos I got to create with her and her husband. They got married about a year ago but wanted to go out and get some portraits created in their wedding attire at a fall color country type of setting. She had the great idea to see if Anderson Farms might let us photograph them at their farm during all of their fall festivities. We were lucky that they agreed so we decided to meet up at the farm to get these photos created for them. When we went, it was right in the thick of the fall madness and the farm was full of people visiting for the corn maze, the pumpkin patch, and all of the other fun fall activities they host at their beautiful farm property in Erie, Colorado. We managed to create these pretty, colorful photos despite the crowds that evening. I have to give them a big shout out for following me all over the farm as I attempted to find a good place to get the Longs Peak mountain backdrop for them in at least one of their photos. I was very pleased that I managed to find that spot and as you can see from the photo, it was well worth the copious amounts of walking around that we had to do to find it! Below are a small sample of some of my favorites that we got for them.
