I am so excited to share these pictures on the blog today. This family was so much fun to hang out with during their session and they all look like a bunch of models for a mountain living lifestyle magazine. We met up at their cabin in Frisco and created some portraits along a trail with the classic Frisco mountain backdrop before moving on to Sapphire Point which is just up Swan Mountain Road about 5 minutes away. They were total champs and although it was incredibly cold outside (I think it was somewhere in the teens that day!) they look like they’re just having fun in the rugged Colorado outdoors without a care in the world. There is also a recent engagement in the family so we made sure to get some nice photos of the newly engaged couple together too. It may have been uncomfortably cold outside but it was so worth it to get these gorgeous white snowy winter photos. It’s not every day that you can take advantage of a beautiful winter landscape like this and I’m glad they were up for venturing outside for these. It was definitely worth the temporary discomfort!
