Star Wars Basketball Themed Bar Mitzvah Party at Denver Marriott Tech Center Hotel

Bar Mitzvah Rehearsal at Temple Sinai and Party in Denver

I photographed Tyler’s bar mitzvah about a month ago when he held his rehearsal at Temple Sinai and then had his party at the Marriott DTC that Saturday after the rehearsal. Tyler is a wonderful public speaker and did a great job both at his rehearsal (and from all accounts at his service) and during the candle lighting portion of his bar mitzvah party. I like that they blended both his love of Star Wars and basketball into the decor and theme of his party with Star Wars themed drinks and some storm trooper helmets floating around the party as well as the fly looking basketball centerpieces eventually getting played with as well. He even had all of his guests sign a frame holding a Nuggets jersey with his last name on it. His aunt also made him this really cool step & repeat backdrop with the party theme. Both the kids and the adults had a great time and partied on the dancefloor almost the whole time! Below are some of my favorite photos we created for Tyler’s big day!
