Summer Wedding at The Lodge at Breckenridge in Colorado

Last summer I met Alyssa & Bryce to photograph their engagement photos at Sapphire Point. We had completely different weather then with some dreamy little misty clouds dramatically hugging the mountains. I got to see them again earlier this month to photograph their wedding day at the Lodge at Breckenridge. This time the weather was completely back to Colorado’s normal bright, sunny, and hot summer days. We started off the day with some getting ready photos and then moved into the ceremony. Afterwards, we drove back to Sapphire Point to get some photos of them with their kids with the gorgeous mountain views there. And when we returned we finished up the rest of the family photos and finally got to party down a little bit. It was such a special day full of love and family connecting with each other. I really love that they did the anniversary dance too. It’s one of my favorite wedding reception traditions because I get to photograph all of the long time married couples on the dance floor together.
