Day two up in the mountains was a tad bit colder but we had already put off this session before and figured we better just go for it. I knew that all of the snow against the bright blue mountains would be beautiful and I wasn’t wrong. I just met Jackie at our roller derby league. She recently became a league member and her new derby moniker is Southern Discomfort which is one of my new favorite names. She has this sweet southern accent and two adorable doggies which tagged along on the session as well. I also got to meet her husband Chris who was nice enough to humor me by smiling with his teeth even though he prefers not to:) They were both nice enough not to laugh too hard at me when I managed to almost get my car stuck on the side of the road too. Oops!

This is my favorite one:)

Be sure to head over to the FAMILIES area for more information.

Beautiful session! I love how your editing makes the environment feel so clean and fresh.
April your locations are always so AH-MAZING!! I love the ones with the puppies and I can totally see the last one printed large, hanging on the wall over a warm fire!! Gorgeous session.
These are so sweet! I love that they included their pups in the photos. The snowy mountains make a fabulous backdrop! Beautiful couple and beautiful session!
