Family Vacation to Colorado in the Snow
Today on the journal I get to share the photos from a family session I did this past week up at my favorite location on Squaw Pass Road. This good-looking family are in Colorado for about a month spending some quality family time together while all of the work from home and homeschool possibilities are happening. They thought it might be a good opportunity to get some updated family pictures together and got in touch with me and I’m so glad they did because it was a beautiful day up in Evergreen when we met. It was quite snowy, and it was actually incredibly foggy and misty too so unfortunately the mountain views were obscured. But, I just love a snowy winter day for portraits. Everything looked so fresh and clean and the aspen and evergreen trees look so pretty with snow on them. We lasted about an hour before the frigid temperatures really started to make us shiver uncontrollably and decided to call it a night at that point.
