Colorado Winter Wedding at a Private Home near Keystone
I know I always talk about how excited I am to share the weddings I’ve photographed, but today it’s especially true because I only got to photograph 2 weddings last year because of Covid. Allison & Jim’s wedding up in Keystone this past weekend was the first one I’ve had the chance to photograph since early September! And I just have to say, it felt really good getting back at it and I’ve missed photographing weddings so much.
Allison & Jim are such a fun-loving and laid back couple that it was super easy to create these beautiful pictures for them. They’re both really photogenic and were so open and willing to go along with my suggestions for what would look nice in their photos. One of my suggestions was to take them over to Sapphire Point to catch a gorgeous mountain view in their wedding photos. We actually started to run out of time and I was super nervous that we might not be able to get that lovely view for them, but luckily I managed to get them over there before we lost all of the light completely. I love the intimate, small elopement style feel of their wedding day. The Keystone mountain home they booked for their wedding was so pretty for their indoor wedding ceremony in front of the large stone fireplace. And their Top Gun entrance was hilarious and so fun too! Below are just a small portion of some of my favorite highlights from their love-filled special day!
Congratulations to Jim & Allison!
I’d love to photograph your wedding too! Be sure to check out the WEDDINGS page of my site and get in touch to tell me more about you and your wedding plans!
