Seven years ago I had the pleasure of photographing Tracy and Bill’s wedding in Golden and we recently reconnected in the beautiful city of Golden again. This time we were photographing them with their new addition to the family, Imogen. What a darling little girl she is! When I’m photographing one year olds I’m always trying to make funny noises and sing and make ridiculous faces to see if any of it will make them laugh. Imogen ended up being the one to make all of us laugh with her mimicry skills when she started doing a pretty spot on imitation of me. Bill and Tracy were very prepared for the session as well and had some very cute props for some of the photos including some birthday balloons, an adorable stuffed bunny, and even some bubbles which Imogen loved playing with. We had a short burst of rain, but it made for some beautiful blue skies after it passed so we didn’t mind at all. Below I have shared a handful of my favorites from their session.
