Promotional photography at Escape Room Breckenridge in the mountains of Colorado
Every small business owner needs a good set of business promo photos to use in their advertising and various other ways. My good friend, Nicolette, runs a very successful small business in Breckenridge, Colorado called Escape Room Breckenridge. If you’ve never heard of an escape room before, it’s a place where you go get locked in a room for an hour with your friends or family and solve a series of clues to earn your freedom and “escape” the room. It’s a really fun indoor activity that promotes teamwork and problem solving. I personally love the immersive aspect of escape rooms and the way that they allow for creative thinking. She started with an escape room in Tucson which she still owns and expanded her business to the tourist town of Breckenridge right here in Colorado. I am both impressed and really proud of her for what she has achieved with her business.
Every Business Needs Quality, Professional Promotional Photos
When Nicolette told me that she needed some promotional photos created for her small business, I knew I could help her create images that would help sell what she has to offer. Afterall, we live in a world that is image-driven and it’s no longer enough to just coast by on a simple website. Consumers are really smart these days and they want as much information as possible when they are making purchasing decisions. I think that most small businesses can really use quality promo photos to help their potential customers get to know them and what they have to offer. This means having a social media presence and showcasing various photos of your staff and what your clients can expect to find when they visit your business. When you have professional, well-lit images it communicates to the public that you care about your business and have a vested interest in creating a great experience for them.
So with that in mind, we created a list of the types of images she needed and set forth to create them. Her escape rooms are very well-thought out so we made sure to showcase all of the fun props and decor found in her themed rooms as well as real people experiencing them. And of course, we made sure to create a handful of great headshot style portraits of herself that she can keep on hand for use on her website as well as for any media and publicity she may drum up for her business in the future. Now, when she speaks with local publications she’ll have quality images she can submit for use whenever needed.
