Spring Wedding at the Greenbriar Boulder, CO

I got to photograph the cutest couple at their Greenbriar Inn wedding on Saturday. They were so in love and you could just tell that they adore spending time with each other. KC & Rebecca got married in Longmont Colorado at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. I actually grew up attending mass there with my family. I haven’t been there in years and even though I knew the church had made a lot of changes since I was a kid, I was really suprised to see just how many changes! It was almost unrecognizable. But, still there was just this sort of weird vague sense of it being a place I don’t think I could ever forget. Kind of like being back in your old high school or something. And the church really looks great! They’ve added a ton of space and an outdoor garden area that we were sure to take advantage of. After the ceremony, we headed out to Lefthand Canyon Road past the Greenbriar (where the reception was the be held) to take some photos at Buckingham Park which is gorgeous and just up the mountain a little way. The reception was great because everyone was so laid back and just hanging out and catching up with everyone. KC’s own brother flew all the way from Germany to make the wedding. Both he and KC are in the Air Force so they were wearing their uniforms and they looked good!
